1. Who we are

Pickle.Tours is a trading name of Nichols & Company, 4303 McPherson Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63108. We operate multi-day guided pickleball tours in the United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Nichols & Company trading as Pickle.Tours.

These terms cover your use of this website and our text message program. They are not your booking contract — see section 4.

2. Using this website

You may browse this site, request our brochure, and contact us. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access it by automated means at a rate that burdens it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Information on this site about routes, dates, hotels, venues and prices is published in good faith and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and you have paid the deposit.

We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

3. Text messages (SMS)

These are the full terms of our text message program.

What the program does

Pickle.Tours Trip Updates carries information about your own trip only:

• booking and payment confirmations
• departure reminders and pre-trip checklists
• day-of logistics while you are travelling with us — coach departure times, venue or court changes, weather calls, and meeting points
• time-sensitive changes to your itinerary
• our brochure link, when you call and press 1 to request it
• replies from us when you text a question to 1-888-774-3465

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Offers, new route announcements and season news go out by email only.

How to join

• call us at 1-888-774-3465 and press 1 to have our brochure link texted to you — we read you the program details first, and you must press 1 again to confirm before anything is sent
• text START to 1-888-774-3465
• give your consent when you book, where our booking page offers it
• ask us in writing at [email protected]

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number you give us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with where you are in your trip. Expect fewer than five messages per month between booking and departure, and several messages per day during the ten days you are travelling with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Pickle.Tours does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

How to get help or stop messages

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 1-888-774-3465.

Reply STOP to any message to leave the program. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by texting START.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Numbers collected for this program are used to send you messages about your trip and nothing else. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we handle the rest of your information.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions — which, on parts of our route, means genuine dead zones. Anything critical to your trip is also sent by email and told to you in person by your Tour Directors.

4. Tours and bookings

Your booking is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page. When you book a tour we give you the booking conditions in full before you pay — covering the price and what it includes, the deposit and balance schedule, cancellation and refund terms, our minimum group size and what happens if a departure does not reach it, changes to the itinerary, insurance requirements, the participant waiver for on-court play, and the conduct we expect on tour.

We publish those conditions with each departure when bookings open. Nothing on this page varies them, and where this page and your booking conditions differ, your booking conditions govern.

Pickle.Tours sells travel and complies with the seller-of-travel registration requirements of the states in which we sell. Registration details are published with our booking conditions.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Pickle.Tours name and logo, the Route 66 Pickleball Tour name and badge, and the text, photographs, itineraries and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Route 66 imagery and marks are used to describe the historic highway our tours follow. We are not affiliated with any government body or highway association.

6. Liability

This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our liability for the tours themselves is dealt with in your booking conditions and in the participant waiver, not here.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and the courts of Missouri have jurisdiction, except where the law of the state in which you live gives you rights that cannot be varied by agreement.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to the text message program will be notified to enrolled numbers by text before they take effect.
